ERIC HAZE X HUF Spring 2019 Collection: NYC, Graffiti and the Skate-Culture as One
Streetwear brand HUF has brought a new Spring 2019 collection with primary inspirational themes from the skateboarding culture from the ’90s of New York City. The new line is influenced by landmarks of NYC, skate spots of original locals, and of course the street-wear lifestyle. “Looking to iconic New York City landmarks, skate spots, and city-nostalgia, the Spring ’19 Collection pays homage to Keith Hufnagel’s roots as a skateboarder brought up in 90s-era NYC.” HUF’s collections offer a wide selection from staples and basics, pants, hats, sneakers, t-shirts, hoodies and more.
Collections that standout includes the Liberty Anorak, Boulevard Anorak, Standard Shell 2 Jacket, Galaxy sneakers and the Cromer 2. Along with this new, recent release, HUF also features a line of exclusive accessories, such as stickers, coffee mugs, keychains and more.
You can follow-up with the new Spring 2019 collection on HUF’s official website.
Team HUF and renown graffiti artist Eric Haze have come together on a collaborative NYC mural that coincides with the HUF NYC inspired 2019 Spring Collection. The hand-painted mural is planned to be displayed throughout the entire year of 2019. This collaborative project was done in partnership with a non-profit organization ‘Stoked’, an organization that brings middle and high schools together with the skateboarding culture. The 20x25 foot mural is displayed on the side of the East Side Community High School, also co-adjacent to the “12th and A” skate spot in East Village.
