Leslie Hung is a California based illustrator who co-created and illustrates for the ongoing comic series "Snotgirl." The series centers around Lottie “Snottie” Person, a fashion blogger with an allergy problem who secretly thinks she’s better than everyone around her. As the story unfolds, readers will find themselves with several curiosities about each character, wondering about their motives and just how much they know is going on behind the scenes of Lottie’s never-ending confusion.

Outside of “Snotgirl” Hung creates her illustrations and sketch/line work, mostly of fashionable women. The composition of Hung’s illustrations are riddled with a sense of yearning, the subject or subjects looking as though they are expecting something to come their way soon, or looking off into the distance with dreams of something better.

A natural trademark to any of her works is soft features, lush lips, and flowy, wispy hair. Most of her online content provides her audience with a lot of sketch work, revealing how she thinks as she creates, but also showing a great deal of texture and detail.
